Used Car Extended Warranty

This program can be run in conjunction with other Extended Warranty systems or can be run by your dealership. The letters ensure customers are aware of their warranty conditions, and encourage customers to adhere to servicing their car when it is due to maintain their warranty.

Customers are contacted with one of four letters:

  1. An initial purchase briefly outlining the conditions of their warranty
  2. Customers due for their first service (who have serviced before)
  3. Customers overdue for service
  4. Customers who will have their warranty cancelled
