Our Service Reminder Program encourages customers to return to the dealership for a quality service in order to maintain any vehicle warranties. Contact is made with customers who are either due or overdue for a service letting them know their vehicle is in need of a service. The intervals are determined in conjunction with the dealership and/or the manufacturer’s requirements and conveyed to the customer.
This program is successful as it ensures the dealership remains front of mind, due to the regular contact, without relying on customers to initiate contact with the dealership or staff to contact the customer when they have time. These reminders demonstrate to your customers that you value them and want their business.
