Parts Arrival Notification

This program works on a numbers of levels and has numerous stages. Initially customers are contacted to advise of parts arrivals, after an agreed time (days, weeks or even months later), they are then advised the parts are being returned (if they have not been collected). The reminders work by warning the customers that they only have a limited amount of time to take action with the parts that they had ordered, while also avoiding you having to store parts at the dealership for an extended period of time which can result in obsolesces or dead stock.
