Fixed Price / Pre-Paid Service

As manufacturers move towards offering fixed price or even free or prepaid servicing the explanation to the customer changes. This contact allows dealerships to disclose relevant information about the services including costs involved and what these types of services entail. Customers are kept informed about the maximum fixed price they will pay for a standard scheduled service, in turn making customers feel more relaxed about returning to the dealership.

On a monthly basis customers are contacted advising that their car is either:

  1. Due for a service this month
  2. Was due for service last month
  3. Has a service expiring on XX/XX/2015
