The CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Program can be tailored to suit the needs of any dealership regardless of size or make. Customers who have had recent experience are contacted with a short customer satisfaction survey. We set the criteria with you, which in turn will be reported to the dealership for immediate action. Our CSI Program also enables dealerships to raise their overall customer satisfaction levels, whilst allowing acknowledgment of excellent customer satisfaction standards to occur.
